Short answer: choose CCSabers if you want to compare several manufacturers in one place and you are willing to check which brand you are buying. Choose NEO Sabers if you want a single large catalogue and their hilt designs are what you are after. CCSabers publishes a clear warranty and clearer shipping; NEO Sabers publishes clearer cancellation terms, and they are not favourable ones.
We sell sabers too, so we are a third option and an interested party. Everything below about both companies is quoted verbatim from their own published pages, checked August 2026. We have not tested either company's products.
The core difference
NEO Sabers is a direct seller. They put their own name on their catalogue.
CCSabers is a reseller. Their FAQ describes stock from TXQ, LGT and 89 Sabers.
Almost every practical difference below comes from that one structural fact.
Head to head, on published figures
| NEO Sabers | CCSabers | |
|---|---|---|
| Model | Direct seller | Reseller of TXQ, LGT, 89 Sabers |
| Time to arrive | "within 10-14 working days of order placement" | "7-10 business days" (TXQ, LGT) "2-5 business days" (89 Sabers) |
| Warranty | Not stated on the pages we checked | "12-month full electronics warranty" |
| Return window | Not stated on the pages we checked | Not stated on the pages we checked |
| Return postage | Not stated on the pages we checked | Not stated on the pages we checked |
| Cancellation | "Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours" "$20 restocking fee" "PayPal Fee and credit card processing Fee is not refundable" |
Not stated on the pages we checked |
| Dueling rating | Not stated on the pages we checked | Published per brand: TXQ "moderate/heavy dueling"; 89 Sabers "light dueling and display" |
Where CCSabers wins
Speed
7–10 business days at worst, and 2–5 on 89 Sabers, against NEO Sabers' 10–14 working days to the door.
They publish a warranty figure
"12-month full electronics warranty", stated plainly. We could not find any warranty length on NEO Sabers' shipping, FAQ or cancellation pages.
They publish durability per brand
TXQ "built to withstand moderate/heavy dueling", 89 Sabers "primarily designed for light dueling and display". Imperfect, because you have to notice it, but it exists. NEO Sabers publish no equivalent statement we could find.
Range across manufacturers
Three brands, one basket.
Where NEO Sabers wins
One consistent brand
You are not cross-referencing which manufacturer made the hilt you just added to the cart. Everything is theirs.
A larger single catalogue
If you have a specific silhouette in mind, one big catalogue beats three curated ones for finding it.
Their cancellation terms are at least published
The terms themselves are restrictive — "$20 restocking fee", "Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours", and non-refundable processing fees. But they are written down, which is more than CCSabers offer on returns.
Neither published a return window or a return-postage policy. That is the shared weakness.
The trap in each
With CCSabers: buying 89 Sabers because it ships in 2–5 business days, then taking it to a spar. It is the fastest option they carry and the one they describe as display-oriented. Those two facts pull against each other and an impatient buyer walks straight into it.
With NEO Sabers: the 24-hour cancellation window. If you order on a Friday evening and reconsider on Sunday, their published policy says that is too late.
The third option, stated honestly
We are the slower, smaller alternative to both, and if speed is your priority you should stop reading here and buy from CCSabers.
What we do differently:
- One standard. Every saber is ours. No brand lottery on durability.
- Durability stated at the point of decision, on the product page, not in an FAQ.
- Returns free for 30 days, prepaid label, no restocking fee.
- Configuration is yours — three boards, three blade lengths, same price for any length.
| You want | Ours | Price |
|---|---|---|
| A duel-rated pixel saber | Starbreaker (Black) | $359 SNV4 Pixel |
| The cheapest real pixel saber | A01 Blue / A01 Red | $175 SNV4 Pixel |
| Heavy contact sparring | A01 in S-RGB baselit | $100 |
| A double-bladed staff | Menace SE | $299 SNV4 Pixel |
| A katana-profile blade | Solitude SE | $249 SNV4 Pixel |
| A collector piece | The Senate | $429 SNV4 Pixel |
Where we lose: both of them beat us on speed, comfortably
CCSabers can have an 89 Sabers hilt moving in 2–5 business days. NEO Sabers quote 10–14 working days to your door. We take 14–21 business days just to build, then 7–10 more in transit.
If you landed on this page comparing two sellers because you want a saber soon, neither of our arguments applies to you. Buy from CCSabers.

What happens after you order with us
Orders ship within 14–21 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes a further 7–10 days, in the US and internationally. Shipping within the US is free; international is a flat $50.
Returns are free for 30 days. If it is not right, you will not pay to send it back to us. The saber needs to come back unused and undamaged in its original packaging, and you email us first so we can send you a prepaid label and instructions. Every saber carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
