Design Inspiration

This saber takes its form from the repaired Graflex-style hilt assembled at the beginning of the final chapter — a weapon shattered in conflict and reforged through determination. Its gleaming aluminum shell, signature clamp, and Graflex-style grips honor the weapon carried by the Chosen One and the farm-boy heir who followed him, while the reforged band reflects its newest chapter: a symbol of healing and renewal.

Choosing Your Configuration

Three boards. Three blade lengths. Here is what actually changes when you pick.

S-RGB — One high-output LED seated in the hilt, lighting a diffused blade. Bright, brutally durable, and the choice for anyone who intends to duel hard and often. Smooth swing is included. This is the configuration that shrugs off punishment.

SNV4 Pixel — An LED strip running the full length of the blade. Ignition and retraction travel up and down the blade, and flash-on-clash fires at the exact point of impact. It needs no setup on your part, and it is where most collectors land.

Proffie Pixel — The same pixel blade, driven by a fully programmable board. Custom sound fonts, custom blade styles, gesture controls, and configuration files you can rewrite yourself. Choose Proffie if you want to tinker. Choose SNV4 if you want it perfect out of the box.

Blade length — 32” is the standard adult dueling length and the safe default. 26” suits shorter wielders, tight choreography and indoor sparring. 36” is reach and display presence.

Blade diameter — Reborn takes a 1” blade. The thicker wall throws more light and stands up well to contact, but it will not interchange with the 7/8” hilts elsewhere in the range, so order to match what you already own.

At roughly a pound and eleven inches, this is a light, neutrally balanced hilt with a clamp and grip section that gives the hand something to hold onto. It spins cleanly and it displays beautifully — if you want one saber that does both, this is a fair place to start.

Common Questions

Is this saber suitable for real dueling?

Yes. The hilt is machined aluminium and the blade is combat-grade polycarbonate rated for full contact. For heavy, frequent dueling the S-RGB configuration is the most resilient; pixel blades are also duel-ready but carry more electronics inside the blade.

Is the reforged seam a real machined detail or a printed finish?

It is machined into the hilt itself. The band of restored metal is part of the body of the saber, not a decal or a wrap, so it will not lift or wear away.

What blade diameter does Reborn take?

1”. That is a thicker-walled, brighter blade than the 7/8” used on some of our other hilts, and the two diameters are not interchangeable — if you already own blades, order to match.

Can I change the blade colour?

Yes, on every configuration. All three boards allow fully customizable blade colors and profiles.

How long does it take to arrive?

Orders ship within 14–21 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes a further 7–10 days, in the US and internationally.
