Choosing Your Configuration

Three boards. Three blade lengths. Here is what actually changes when you pick.

S-RGB — One high-output LED seated in the hilt, lighting a diffused blade. Bright, brutally durable, and the choice for anyone who intends to duel hard and often. Smooth swing is included. It is also the lightest way to run this hilt, which suits a saber built around speed.

SNV4 Pixel — An LED strip running the full length of the blade. Ignition and retraction travel up and down the blade, and flash-on-clash fires at the exact point of impact. No setup is required on your part, and it is where most collectors land.

Proffie Pixel — The same pixel blade, driven by a fully programmable board. Custom sound fonts, custom blade styles, gesture controls, and configuration files you can edit yourself — including the shadow-clan flicker effects this hilt suits so well. Choose Proffie to tinker. Choose SNV4 to have it perfect out of the box.

Blade length — 32” is the standard adult dueling length and the safe default. 26” suits shorter wielders, tight choreography and indoor sparring. 36” is reach and display presence.

This is one of the lighter, faster hilts we build — 11–12 inches, slim through the grip, balanced for an assassin’s hand rather than a bruiser’s. If you favour feints, spins and quick reversals, take the 26” blade and let the hilt do what it was designed for. If you want a saber that lands with weight behind it, this is not that weapon.

Common Questions

How light is it, really?

Light and agile — the balance is deliberately set for speed rather than power. At 11–12 inches with a slim, tactical grip, it is one of the quicker hilts in the range through transitions, feints and reversals.

Can I get the shadow-clan flicker effect?

On the pixel boards, yes — those flicker effects are optional depending on how your setup is configured. Proffie gives you the most direct control over building and editing them.

Can I change the blade color?

Yes, on every configuration. All three boards allow full color customization, and the pixel options add custom blade effects and cinematic ignition on top.

Is this saber suitable for real dueling?

Yes. Machined aluminum hilt, reinforced removable core and a combat-grade polycarbonate blade rated for full contact. For heavy, frequent dueling the S-RGB configuration is the most resilient, and it suits this hilt’s fast, fluid style.

How long does it take to arrive?
