The Menace is crafted directly from archival reference derived from the original production prop preserved within the original studio’s own production archive.

Elf Sabers has recreated the exact proportions, machining detail, and balance of that iconic weapon, delivering a level of authenticity rarely achieved in production sabers.

Choosing Your Configuration

One decision, and it is the one that separates a finished weapon from a builder’s canvas.

Proffieboard V3.9 — installed. The complete staff, professionally assembled by Elf Sabers with flawless alignment, structural stability and smooth performance across the full staff length. Proffie is the programmable board: fully customizable blade profiles, dynamic ignition animations, advanced dual-blade effects and full sound font customization. Ours ships from our Florida workshop with 15 licensed K-Sith sound fonts already preloaded and the battery included and preconfigured. Nothing is asked of you before the first ignition — but everything is open to you afterwards.

Empty Collector Shell. The precision hilt shell only, without electronics, battery or blades, for custom builders and advanced collectors intending to fit their own internals. A staff is not a beginner’s install — two emitters, one chassis, and power that has to stay stable end to end. Choose this only if you already know what is going inside.

Blades. There is no length menu on the Menace. The installed version arrives with two 32 inch NeoPixel blades, 32 inches being the standard adult length, given to you twice over. That is what creates the reach and the unmistakable visual impact this design exists for.

Before you order, be honest about your space. The extended dual-blade configuration enhances rotational momentum and rewards controlled performance spinning, but it needs room — this is a saber that measures well over five feet of lit blade end to end. If you have only run single hilts before, expect the staff to take real practice, and expect it to be worth every hour.

Do both blades ignite together?

Yes. Every installed staff is tested before shipment for perfect ignition synchronization and stable dual-blade power delivery, with advanced dual-blade effects driven by the Proffieboard. It reads as one weapon, not two hilts bolted back to back.

What blades are included?

Two 32 inch NeoPixel blades, supplied with the installed version along with a blade plug set. There is no alternative length offered on this model — the reach is part of the design.

Is this a good saber for spinning and performance?

It is precisely what the extended staff configuration was engineered for. Rotational momentum is enhanced by the length and the mirrored construction, and the build is tested for reliable motion tracking and sound response through fast movement. Give yourself space and it will do things a single hilt cannot.

Is this saber suitable for real dueling?

Stated plainly rather than sold: the Menace is built as an archival-accuracy collector centerpiece in CNC-machined aluminum with brass accents and chrome-plated components, on a fully removable precision chassis. It is specified for display, cosplay and controlled performance spinning. It is not positioned as a heavy, frequent full-contact dueling saber — if that is what you need, our combat-built single hilts are the right call.

How long does it take to arrive?
