Choosing Your Configuration

There is no board menu on the Phantom Hunter. There is one decision, and it is the difference between a finished weapon and a builder’s starting point.

Proffieboard V3.9 — installed. The complete staff, built through Elf Sabers precision installation with perfect internal alignment, structural reinforcement for dual blade stability and clean professional wiring. Proffie is the fully programmable board: custom ignition and shutdown sequences, independent blade synchronization effects, flash-on-clash across both blades, and fully programmable sound and blade profiles. Before it leaves our Florida workshop it receives 15 licensed K-Sith sound fonts at no additional cost, motion calibration, blade performance verification and final testing. Nothing is required of you on arrival.

Empty Collector Shell. The full precision hilt assembly only, without electronics or blades, for custom builders and collectors fitting their own internals. On a dual emitter staff that is a genuinely demanding install — two emitters, one chassis, and power that has to remain stable across the whole body. Choose this version only if that is the part you enjoy.

Blades. The Phantom Hunter runs two 1 inch NeoPixel blades, and the installed version ships with 32 inch blades. There is no length menu; 32 inches is the standard adult length, and the reach at both ends is central to what this saber is for. A 1 inch blade is thicker-walled and brighter than 7/8 inch, and the diameters are not interchangeable between hilts, so check your existing stock before ordering spares.

Know what you are buying into. This is a staff, with extended reach, spinning techniques and defensive coverage as its entire reason for existing. It rewards constant motion and it needs space to be used honestly. If your collection is all single hilts, expect a learning curve — and expect the dual blade configuration to make your transitions feel more alive than anything else on the shelf.

What is the difference between the installed version and the Empty Collector Shell?

Empty versions are the full precision hilt assembly only, for custom builders and collectors installing their own electronics.

Do both blades behave as one saber?

Yes. The board drives independent blade synchronization effects, smooth swing responsiveness across dual emitters and flash-on-clash realism for both blades, and every unit is tested before shipment for reliable dual blade operation.

What blades does it take, and will my existing ones fit?

Two 1 inch NeoPixel blades, supplied at 32 inches with the installed version. A 1 inch blade is thicker-walled and throws more light than 7/8 inch, but the two diameters are not interchangeable — if your collection is 7/8 inch, those blades will not fit this hilt.

Is this saber suitable for real dueling?

Here is the honest version. The hilt is CNC machined aluminum with a reinforced dual emitter assembly, high durability anodized and polished surfaces, and a removable precision chassis — built to be displayed, handled and experienced rather than kept static. It is specified for active handling and controlled performance use: extended reach, advanced spinning techniques and defensive control styles. Heavy, frequent full-contact dueling is not the use case this model is written for, and our combat-built single hilts are the better answer there.

How long does it take to arrive?
