Choosing Your Configuration

A staff is a bigger commitment than a single hilt, but the decision in front of you is a simple one.

Proffieboard V3.9 — installed. The complete staff, wired, aligned and balanced end to end by Elf Sabers before it ships. Proffie is the fully programmable board: custom sound fonts, full sound and blade customization, advanced ignition effects and configuration files you can edit yourself. Ours arrives with 15 licensed K-Sith sound fonts already preloaded and the battery included and preconfigured. It is ready the moment the box opens, and it stays open to you afterwards.

Empty Collector Shell. The precision hilt shell alone — no electronics, no battery, no blades. This is for custom builders and advanced collectors installing their own internals, and on a staff that is a serious undertaking: two emitters, one chassis, and a power delivery run that has to stay stable across the whole length. Choose it only if you know precisely what you intend to fit.

Blades. There is no length menu here. The installed version ships with two 32 inch NeoPixel blades on a 1 inch blade system — 32 inches being the standard adult dueling length, doubled. A 1 inch blade has a thicker wall and a brighter throw than 7/8 inch, and it is not interchangeable with 7/8 inch hilts, so check your existing blades before you order more.

Shadow Fury is built for rotational balance and spinning combat styles, and the dual 1 inch blade system provides exceptional visual presence while maintaining controlled handling during spins and choreographed movement. The Empty Collector Shell is the precision hilt shell only, for custom builders and advanced collectors fitting their own electronics.

Do both blades run independently?

Yes. Proffieboard V3.9 drives independent dual-blade illumination, and every installed staff is tested before shipment for stable dual-blade power delivery and reliable ignition synchronization, so both ends light and behave as one weapon rather than two halves.

What blades does it come with, and can I use my existing ones?

Two 32 inch NeoPixel blades on a 1 inch blade system. A 1 inch blade is thicker-walled and throws more light than 7/8 inch, and the two diameters are not interchangeable between hilts — if your collection is 7/8 inch, those blades will not fit this staff.

Is this a good saber for spinning and choreography?
