Modeled after the saber the Survivor carried after the purge, this hilt captures the imperfect beauty of a weapon rebuilt from despair. The exposed metal, weathered finish, and asymmetric grip mirror his journey — fractured, reforged, and strengthened through the fire of adversity.

Choosing Your Configuration

Three boards. Two blade lengths. Here is what actually changes when you pick.

S-RGB — One high-output LED seated in the hilt, lighting a diffused blade. Bright, brutally durable, and the choice for anyone who intends to duel hard and often. Smooth swing is included. On a saber built around the idea of endurance, this is the configuration that endures.

SNV4 Pixel — An LED strip running the full length of the blade. Ignition and retraction travel up and down the blade, and flash-on-clash fires at the exact point of impact. No setup is needed on your part, and this is where most collectors land.

Proffie Pixel — The same pixel blade, driven by a fully programmable board. Custom sound fonts, custom blade styles, gesture controls, and configuration files you can rewrite yourself. Choose Proffie if you want to tinker. Choose SNV4 if you want it perfect out of the box.

Blade length — This hilt ships with a 32” or a 36” blade. 32” is the standard adult dueling length and the safe default. 36” is reach and display presence, and it is the one that reads biggest on a stand.

Blade diameter — The Jedi's Remnant Weathered takes a 1" blade only. A 1" blade has a thicker wall and throws more light than the 7/8" blades used elsewhere in our range, and the two are not interchangeable between hilts. If you already own blades, check the diameter before you order.

At roughly 1.1 lbs and 12 inches this is one of the longer hilts we build, and the asymmetric grip fills the hand rather than sitting flush in it. It holds and blocks well in two hands, and the weathering means it looks better the more it gets used.

Common Questions

Is this saber suitable for real dueling?

Yes. The hilt is machined aluminium and the blade is combat-grade polycarbonate rated for full contact. For heavy, frequent dueling the S-RGB configuration is the most resilient; pixel blades are also duel-ready but carry more electronics inside the blade.

Will my hilt look exactly like the photos?

Close, but not identical. The battle wear is hand-aged onto each hilt, so the pattern of scarring and darkening varies from piece to piece. That variation is the entire point of a weathered finish.

Does the weathering wear off with use?

No. It is an ageing process applied to the machined aluminum itself rather than a wrap or a printed coating, so handling tends to deepen the character rather than strip it.

Which blade length should I order?

32” is the standard adult dueling length and suits most people. Choose 36” if you want maximum reach and the most imposing presence on a display stand. This hilt is offered with those two lengths.

How long does it take to arrive?
