Why people look for an alternative
From what NEO Sabers publish themselves, three things send people looking:
- The "$20 restocking fee" on cancellation
- "Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours"
- No published warranty length, return window or return-postage policy on the shipping, FAQ or cancellation pages we checked

Alternative 1 — Nsabers, if speed matters most
They publish "Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days" and "Delivery usually takes 7–12 days". That is the fastest published figure of the four by a wide margin, and roughly half NEO Sabers' quoted time.
They also state all their sabers are "engineered for full-contact dueling", with polycarbonate that "can absorb heavy blows without shattering", and a "one-year warranty covering any issues due to manufacturing defects".
Read the returns terms before you order. Their published refund policy gives you 30 days, but states that "For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs" and that "A $30 USD restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns in acceptable condition". It also requires the item be "unopened, unused, and in its original packaging".
That last word matters. Unopened means you cannot open the box, look at it, decide it is not for you and send it back.
Alternative 2 — CCSabers, if you want range in one basket
CCSabers is a reseller rather than a builder. Their FAQ describes stock from TXQ, LGT and 89 Sabers, with a "12-month full electronics warranty".
Shipping varies by brand: "average shipping time of 7-10 business days" for TXQ and LGT, "normal shipping time of 2-5 business days" for 89 Sabers.
The thing to watch is that durability is not uniform. By their own description, 89 Sabers are "primarily designed for light dueling and display" while TXQ is "built to withstand moderate/heavy dueling". Alternative 3 — StarForged, if you want configuration and a real way out
That is us, so here is the offer stated plainly and the cost of it stated just as plainly.
You choose the board and the blade length on most hilts. Returns are free for 30 days, we send the prepaid label, and there is no restocking fee. One-year warranty on manufacturing defects.

We are the right answer only if the thing you actually want is the configuration you chose and the ability to change your mind at zero cost. Those two things are what the wait buys.
How to choose between them
- Do you have a deadline? If yes, Nsabers. Nothing else matters more than arrival date when there is a date.
- Do you know exactly what configuration you want? If yes, buy from whoever offers it. If no, buy from whoever lets you change your mind cheaply.
- Are you going to duel with it? Then get a per-configuration durability answer in writing before you pay. Only two of the four publish one.
- How much is a free return worth to you? On a $300 saber, a $30 restocking fee plus return postage is meaningfully different from zero.

What happens after you order with us
Orders ship within 14–21 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes a further 7–10 days, in the US and internationally. Shipping within the US is free; international is a flat $50.
Returns are free for 30 days. If it is not right, you will not pay to send it back to us. The saber needs to come back unused and undamaged in its original packaging, and you email us first so we can send you a prepaid label and instructions. Every saber carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
