Ours arrives from our Florida workshop with 15 licensed K-Sith sound fonts preloaded and the battery included and preconfigured, calibrated, tested and ready to ignite.

Empty Collector Shell. The precision hilt shell only, for collectors and custom installers. Be clear-eyed about what this hilt asks of a builder: a crossguard emitter configuration, exposed venting, and the structural reinforcement that goes with them. This is not the shell to learn on.

The Master Chassis. This is the reason the Fractured Knight sits where it does in the range, and it is worth understanding before you buy. The chassis is a multi-layer, precision-machined internal assembly built to be looked at as well as relied on — museum-quality internal presentation, worthy of open display. It also increases machining complexity, installation time and calibration requirements, which is exactly why this is a flagship build rather than a standard one.

Blade. A 1 inch blade system with a 32 inch NeoPixel blade included. There is no length menu — 32 inches is the standard adult length and the proportion this hilt was engineered around. The 1 inch platform enhances durability and visual presence, and it is not interchangeable with 7/8 inch blades, so check what you already own before ordering spares.

One practical note on handling. The grip geometry is thick and engineered for dominant two-handed control, and the crossguard changes how the saber sits in a transition compared with a plain emitter. It is designed for cosplay presentation, controlled spins and immersive handling while maintaining collector-grade authenticity — commanding rather than nimble, which is entirely the point.
