Shipping & Delivery
In-stock orders are prepared for shipment within 2-4 business days. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before payment, based on the order destination and selected shipping method.
Returns & Refunds
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Warranty
Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery. Coverage does not include normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, improper care, or unauthorized modification.
Support & Claims
Shipping damage, missing items, or product issue claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number, clear photos, and a brief description of the issue. Claims are reviewed within 5 business days.
