Proffieboard V3.9 installed — The complete saber. Assembled and calibrated by Elf Sabers, finished and tested in our Florida workshop, with the battery included and preconfigured. Proffie is the most programmable board we fit: smooth swing motion detection, flash on clash, fully customizable blade profiles, advanced ignition and retraction effects, and expanded sound customization you can rewrite yourself. Fifteen licensed K-Sith sound fonts are loaded free before it ships, so it has a voice — several of them — the moment you open the box.

Empty hilt — The precision machined shell with its fully removable engineered core and nothing else inside. No board, no battery, no sound. This is for collectors and custom builders who intend to specify their own electronics and want the machining alone.

Blade platform — The Skyguy ships with a 32 inch NeoPixel blade in a 1 inch combat ready configuration. Thirty-two inches is the standard adult length, and on an 11.5 inch hilt it is the proportion the design was drawn around: commanding presence without losing the speed the forms demand. A 1 inch blade is thicker-walled and throws more light than a 7/8 inch blade; a 7/8 inch blade is lighter and faster. The two are not interchangeable between hilts, so order spares to match.

What is the difference between the installed version and the empty hilt?

The installed version arrives complete — Proffieboard V3.9 fitted and calibrated by Elf Sabers, battery included and preconfigured, 15 licensed K-Sith sound fonts loaded free at our Florida workshop, and the whole unit tested before shipment. The empty hilt is the precision machined shell with its removable core and no electronics at all, for collectors and custom builders.

What blade comes with it, and can I use blades I already own?

A 32 inch NeoPixel blade in a 1 inch combat ready configuration is included. A 1 inch blade is thicker-walled and brighter; a 7/8 inch blade is lighter and faster. The two diameters are not interchangeable between hilts, so if you already own blades, check the diameter before assuming they will fit.

Can I change the blade color?

Treat it as a performer’s saber: it will take controlled contact and reward disciplined form. It is not sold as a dedicated heavy full-contact sparring saber, and its NeoPixel blade carries electronics along its entire length.
