The Forge Sale runs from Sunday 1 November to Cyber Monday 30 November 2026. Two codes. One per order. Nothing on the site is excluded.
- BLACKFRIDAY — 20% off your whole cart.
- BOGO50 — 50% off the second saber.
They do not stack, so you are choosing between them rather than adding them up. Both run the full month, not just the Black Friday weekend. Neither works before 1 November. Black Friday is 27 November and Cyber Monday is 30 November, and the discount is identical on every day in between.
This page is the plain version: the terms, the arithmetic for working out which code is better for your cart, and the delivery dates, which are the part that catches people out.
The terms, in full

The mechanics, stated plainly so there are no surprises at checkout:
- One code per order. BLACKFRIDAY and BOGO50 cannot be used together.
- BOGO50 discounts the cheaper of the two sabers, not the dearer one.
- There is no exclusion list. Every hilt, every configuration, every blade length.
- The codes are live 1–30 November 2026 only. They will not work in October.
- Installed sabers still include 15 licensed K-Sith sound fonts, loaded free before shipping. The sale does not strip that out.
"The Forge Sale" is what we are calling the month. It is not a code — do not try to enter it. The two codes above are the only ones that work.
Which code is actually better
This is arithmetic, not opinion, and it has a clean answer.
If you are buying one saber, BLACKFRIDAY is the only option that does anything. There is no second item for BOGO50 to halve.
If you are buying two, it depends on how close in price they are. Half off the cheaper saber is worth more than 20% of both only once the cheaper one is a decent fraction of the dearer one.
The threshold is two-thirds. When the cheaper saber costs more than about 67% of the dearer one, BOGO50 wins. Below that, take the 20%.

Two identical sabers is the clearest case: half off one of two is 25% off the pair, which beats 20% every time.
One thing to be aware of: a paired set such as Fulcrum SE at $229 is a single product that happens to contain two hilts. There is no second line item, so BOGO50 has nothing to halve and BLACKFRIDAY is the code to use. If you want BOGO50 to fire, you need two separate sabers in the cart.
The delivery problem, said out loud
Every saber is built to order, and Black Friday is too late for Christmas.
Our build window is 14 to 21 business days, then 7 to 10 days in transit. Running those numbers against 25 December, with the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays accounted for:

Since the discount does not change across the month, there is no reason to wait and a real reason not to. If it is a Christmas present, order by 11 November. The full workings are in our gift guide.
What the discount is on top of
A code is only worth anything if the thing underneath it is worth buying, so here is what you are getting before the 20% comes off.
Hilts are machined aluminium. Blades are combat-grade polycarbonate. Every configuration ships with a charger, a display stand, a blade plug, tools and a manual. Installed sabers carry 15 licensed K-Sith sound fonts, loaded free. US shipping is free and returns are free for 30 days with a prepaid label.
Pixel configurations start at $175 and baselit sabers start at $100. Those are the pre-discount prices, which is the comparison worth making against anyone advertising a bigger percentage off a higher starting number.
Where we lose
20% is in the market, not above it. Other saber shops will advertise 30% and 40% this month, and some will run buy-one-get-one-free rather than half off. We are not going to pretend 20% is a headline number. What we will say is that it comes off prices that were not inflated beforehand, and you can check that yourself by looking at what these hilts cost here in October.
We are not fast, and no code fixes that. If you need a saber this week, a shop holding warehouse stock is the right choice and we will not be offended.
There is no free gift, no mystery saber and no spend threshold. Several shops in this category will bundle a mini saber or a free baselit hilt over a certain order value. We are not doing that this year. The offer is the discount and nothing else.
And we do not price-match. If you find the same hilt cheaper elsewhere during the sale, buy it there.

When does the StarForged Black Friday sale start and end?
1 November 2026 to Cyber Monday, 30 November 2026, inclusive. Both codes run the whole window.
What is the Black Friday code?
BLACKFRIDAY for 20% off your cart, or BOGO50 for 50% off the second saber. One code per order; they do not stack.
Can I use both codes together?
No. Checkout accepts one per order, so you choose whichever is worth more on your cart. The two-thirds rule above tells you which that is.
Which saber does BOGO50 discount?
The lower-priced of the two. That is why a lopsided pair is usually better off with the 20% code.
Is anything excluded?
No. Every product, every configuration, every blade length is eligible.
Do the codes work before November?
No. They go live on 1 November 2026 and stop after 30 November.
Will ordering on Black Friday arrive before Christmas?
No. An order placed on 27 November arrives between 24 December and 9 January. Order by 11 November if it has to be there.
Do I still get the sound fonts on a sale order?
Yes. Installed sabers include the 15 licensed K-Sith sound fonts regardless of which code you use.

What happens after you order with us
Orders ship within 14–21 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes a further 7–10 days, in the US and internationally. Shipping within the US is free; international is a flat $50.
Returns are free for 30 days. If it is not right, you will not pay to send it back to us. The saber needs to come back unused and undamaged in its original packaging, and you email us first so we can send you a prepaid label and instructions. Every saber carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
